ORDERING & DELIVERY
We accept payments via PayPal. Orders will be dispatched once funds have cleared. During peak periods dispatch times may be delayed.
Delivery charges are calculated depending on weight and size of your order. The total cost of delivery will be calculated once items are entered into your basket and a delivery option has been selected.
Delivery options available are Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Not Recorded, Second Class or Parcel Force 24. A signature will be required upon receipt. For urgent items please contact us and we will endeavour to arrange a Special Delivery.
Free Delivery, when available, will usually be sent Royal Mail Second Class Recorded.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands such as Isle of Man, weighing over 2kg will incur additional charges. Please contact us and we will advise you of the best delivery rate option,
In the unlikely event that an item ordered and paid for is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Please contact us immediately if orders received are incorrect.
RETURNS
All products carry a twelve month warranty.
Faulty products can be returned to the address below and a replacement will be sent out to you. Where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
Please send the item to be returned by Recorded Delivery and enclose details of the order number and a description of the fault.
If the product is faulty, the postage will be refunded to you (return postage should be at reasonable cost). The delivery address for returns is:
